Emberwell Bathrooms is a fictional company. This site is a reference build by Own the Patch. Prices, project figures, timescales and testimonials shown are illustrative and are labelled as such on the page. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.

Quotes and prices

The starting prices shown are indicative. A binding price is only given in a written, itemised quote issued after a free on-site survey, and holds for 30 days from issue.

Deposits and payment

A 25% deposit books a start date and covers materials. The balance is invoiced in stages as work completes. We never ask for payment in full up front.

The 10-year workmanship guarantee

Our guarantee covers our own workmanship on full fits for ten years from completion, is issued in writing, and transfers with the property on sale. It does not cover the fittings themselves — those carry their manufacturers' warranties, which we register on your behalf — nor damage from misuse, alteration by others, or normal wear.

Building regulations

Where notifiable work is involved — electrical circuits, drainage — it is certified as part of the job. Planning permission is almost never required for a bathroom or kitchen refit; we will tell you if your job is an exception.
